McEntire Construction & Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates XactIQ. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using XactIQ, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing details (processed securely by Stripe — we never store raw payment card data).
Client and job data: All client records, job details, proposals, supplements, documents, and notes you enter into XactIQ are stored on your behalf.
Uploaded files: Documents and photos you upload are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase/AWS S3).
Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to operate and improve the service.
AI analysis inputs: When you use our AI supplement analysis feature, the content of uploaded documents and images is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
We do not sell your personal information or your clients' data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS), protected by row-level security policies that ensure each user can only access their own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We implement industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We use the following third-party services:
You are the data controller for any personal information you enter about your clients (homeowners). You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients and complying with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA if you operate in California) regarding their personal information.
We retain your account and client data for as long as your subscription is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@xactiq.com.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@xactiq.com.
XactIQ uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics services that track you across websites.
XactIQ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
